There are serious credible concerns about animal burials, tannery waste and Anthrax on the proposed development site that are very concerning and have not been properly addressed – and not even considered at the planning meeting for approval in 2024. A report commissioned by FOMAG from a highly-regarded expert at significant cost was not even mentioned.

To rectify this glaring oversight, FOMAG is currently gathering as much data as possible in this area, collecting eye-witness statements and liaising with various agencies in order to build up a clear picture of what is beneath the surface of the fields earmarked for development.
