According to the Leveller Live, “SSDC has climbed down. The speed of the climbdown suggests that SSDC is not anxious to have this particular decision raked over in fine detail by a judge. Instead the council now states that it is minded to send the decision back to committee to reconsider the decision. The council has also written to the developer, Abbey Manor Group advising them of the decision.
